This is the apt on the eve of the move, we told the movers "floor to ceiling in our dining room" as the estimate for boxes, I think that was accurate...

Finishing touches inside and out...

Well closing is just around the corner (11 days, 8 hours, 3 mins, 28 secs), and the house is coming together quickly. Carpet went in along with the second coat of paint. This week will be final cleaning on the inside, some finishing touches on the outside and the punch list. Here's the latest in pictures...

Getting closer...

Well, we're getting close to closing, only 21 days, 22 hours, 8 mins and 3 secs as I write this, but whose counting? :)

Here's the latest in progress, the hardwood is installed and stained, brick is done other than the washing, and siding has begun. Here's the latest in pics:

Here are some recent pics, the brick work has started and the ceilings have been finished.

Lots of stuff going on inside...

A lot has happened in the last two weeks, electrical, piping and HVAC are in and drywall has begun and should finish in the next day or two. From there we're hoping for some brick and siding and initial flooring (hardwood). We're 60 days from closing and so far so good (fingers crossed).
